Payment terms vary depending on the type of service you request. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods available through our payment partners (Razorpay). All payments are processed securely.

Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any additional taxes or charges that may apply in your jurisdiction.

We stand behind our work and provide warranties on our repair services:

• Screen Repairs: 30-day warranty on parts and labor
• Battery Replacement: 90-day warranty on battery performance
• Software Services: 7-day warranty for same issue recurrence
• Motherboard Repairs: 30-day warranty with conditions

Device Pickup: Repaired devices must be collected within 30 days of completion. We are not responsible for devices left unclaimed beyond this period.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software) are owned by CareTechMobile or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• Our Content: All original content, designs, templates, and materials created by CareTechMobile remain our intellectual property.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for service delivery.
• Website Work: Upon full payment, you own the final website design delivered to you. Source files may be subject to additional terms.
• Templates & Resources: Downloaded resources are for personal/commercial use as specified. Redistribution is prohibited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our Services without express written permission.

When using our Services, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner. You agree to:

1. Provide accurate information when booking services or making purchases
2. Treat our staff and representatives with respect and professionalism
3. Follow reasonable instructions provided during service delivery
4. Keep scheduled appointments or provide adequate notice for cancellations
5. Pay for services as agreed upon in the service terms
6. Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities
7. Respect the intellectual property rights of CareTechMobile and others

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareTechMobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CareTechMobile, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you submit or transmit through our Services
• Your negligent or wrongful conduct

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• Any pending services may be canceled at our discretion
• Unused portions of prepaid services may or may not be refunded based on circumstances
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. However, this does not automatically entitle you to refunds for any paid services or subscriptions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution:

1. Informal Resolution: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation before proceeding to arbitration or court.
3. Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
• We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website
• Changes become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated
• Your continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
