Warranty Exclusions
Physical damage, water damage, or issues caused by unauthorized modifications after repair are not covered under warranty and are non-refundable.

100% refund if cancelled before we create any designs or mockups.
Design Not Approved
50% refund if you reject the design after 3 revision rounds.
After Design Approval
No refund once you approve the design and development begins.
Website Delivered
No refund after final website delivery and handover.
Free Revisions
All website packages include free revisions during the design phase. We work until you're satisfied before moving to development.
Digital Products Refunds
Downloads, Templates & Resources
Due to the nature of digital products, all downloads are non-refundable once purchased. This includes:
- E-books, guides, and PDF downloads
- Templates (Canva, design files, etc.)
- AI prompt packs and libraries
- Spreadsheets and trackers
- Starter kits and toolkits
Exception: Technical Issues
If you're unable to access or download a purchased product due to technical issues on our end, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
