50% refund if you reject the design after 3 revision rounds.

After Design Approval

No refund once you approve the design and development begins.

Website Delivered

No refund after final website delivery and handover.

Free Revisions

All website packages include free revisions during the design phase. We work until you're satisfied before moving to development.

Digital Products Refunds

Downloads, Templates & Resources

Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of digital products, all downloads are non-refundable once purchased. This includes:

  • E-books, guides, and PDF downloads
  • Templates (Canva, design files, etc.)
  • AI prompt packs and libraries
  • Spreadsheets and trackers
  • Starter kits and toolkits

Exception: Technical Issues

If you're unable to access or download a purchased product due to technical issues on our end, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.

If our systems or services fail due to issues on our end, preventing you from receiving the service you paid for, you're eligible for a full refund.

Significant Delays

If we're unable to deliver a service within the agreed timeline (and it's not due to customer delays), we'll offer a partial refund or extended service at no additional cost.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Will I receive the refund to the same payment method?

Yes, all refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If that's not possible (e.g., expired card), we'll work with you to find an alternative solution.

Can I get a refund if I changed my mind?

For services not yet started, yes. For services in progress or completed, refunds depend on the stage and type of service. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
